NEW PATIENT CLASS

If you are a 100 pounds or more overweight, or have a BMI of 40,  we encourage you to contact one of our patient counselors to sign up for our New Patient Class.  New Patient Classes are held on Friday's from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.
