 Admitting.

Our admitting service is located off the main lobby.  We are ready to receive admissions 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Pre-registration is also available to you online.

Consent Forms

You will be asked to sign a consent-for-treatment form, giving us permission to treat you.

Your Room

Your room is nicely appointed with a wardrobe closet, bedside stand for your belongings (such as toiletries), and an over-bed table.  Your electronically-controlled bed enables you to raise or lower your head and/or feet for individualized comfort.  A nurse call button is located by each bed, and can be used to alert the nurse that you need assistance.  For your safety, an emergency call button is located in each bathroom if you should require assistance.

Telephone

Patients may call outside the hospital at any time; however, incoming calls are only put through to your room between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily.

Mail

Mail is delivered to each unit of the hospital Monday through Friday.  Any mail arriving after a patient has been discharged will be forwarded to his/her home address.

Get Well E-mail Service

Family members and friends are welcome to send e-mails to patients.  Our volunteers make every effort to deliver them in a timely manner. To send an email, please click on Cheer Cards.

Spiritual Care

A non-denominational Chaplain is available to visit you during your stay.  Or, if you wish, the Chaplain can arrange a visit from a minister, priest, rabbi or spiritual counselor of your choice.  You may call the Chaplain directly at ext. 1205 or your nurse will contact the Chaplain upon your request.
