At the Orange County Regional Diabetes Center at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital, we are pleased to offer a variety of educational courses which have met the National Standard for Diabetes Self- Management Education as recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
Our patients are taught the keys to living well with diabetes:

Encouraged by our professional staff, class participants are motivated to make the right choices that may minimize or help prevent diabetes-related complications of their health. And, the referring physicians are kept involved and informed by our frequent communication with them regarding their patients’ status and participations.

Our classes provide an innovative approach to Diabetes Education through Conversational MapsÒ an educational tool to help those with Diabetes identify and make behavior changes. We currently offer classes in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
