Patient Portal is the patient portal for Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center that allows you to download and transmit your up-to-date health information, quickly and easily online. Fountain Valley patients can log in from home, work or anywhere with access to the Internet — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With Patient Portal, you can:

  • Download health records to easily share with doctors.
  • Access health records such as immunizations, medications and allergies.
  • Privately view some lab results online.
  • Pay your health bills online.
