Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Names Randy S. Rogers Chief Executive Officer

Randy-Rogers-In-PageFountain Valley, Calif. – December 14, 2022 – Tenet Health Pacific Coast has appointed Randy S. Rogers as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2023.

“Randy is a results-driven leader with 24 years of experience in quality improvement, hospital operations, and business planning and development,” said Bryan R. Rogers, Group CEO for Tenet Health Pacific Coast.  “He is an innovative administrator with a passion for building a strong, dynamic organization in which all stakeholders are valued and respected.”

Randy spent ten years with HCA, most recently as CEO of Garden Park Medical Center where he led the team to achieve 75Th percentile patient satisfaction for the first time ever and significantly improved hospital rankings across many key state and federal programs.  Prior to his tenure as CEO, Randy served as interim CEO and CFO at Rapides Healthcare System, a 350-bed acute care trauma center. Before joining HCA, Randy held the CFO role at several system-based hospitals across the country including LifePoint Health, Vanguard Health Systems and JPS Health Network.

Randy earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of North Texas and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
