If I have questions about my bill or insurance plan, who can help?
If you have any questions about your bill after you leave Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center, contact us and we’ll explain any balance you still have after your insurance company has processed your claim. We can also help clear up any information about your insurance plan or coverage.
Can I pay my hospital bill at a later time?
Before you leave the hospital, you will need to pay itemized costs that aren’t covered by your insurance – such as deductibles and copayments. Fountain Valley accepts cash, checks, credit cards and electronic fund transfers (EFT).
Can I pay online?
Yes; it’s simple and convenient to pay your Fountain Valley bill online. You can make payments with a computer or smartphone from anywhere you have Internet access. Just use our easy bill-pay system.
