Cardiac Catheterization Lab Procedures
The catheterization lab at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center’s heart care program is equipped with some of the latest digital imaging technology to assist our surgeons with diagnosing, evaluating and monitoring problems with the heart. Hybrid Operating Room
The hybrid operating room at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital & Medical Center is designed for complex yet less invasive heart and blood vessel treatments. From this single suite outfitted with advanced technology, multidisciplinary medical teams work together to perform both traditional open surgeries and minimally invasive procedures, such as repairing defective heart valves or aneurysms.

Early Heart Attack Care
Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center’s Chest Pain Center is accredited by the Society of Chest Pain Centers, which means that Fountain Valley meets or exceeds quality-of-care measures associated with diagnosing and treating heart attacks.

Blood Conservation Program
The Blood Conservation Program, which endeavors to minimize blood loss by using special blood conservation methods, is available upon request to any patient who desires medical care without the use of donor blood.
